At WIT Training, we are committed to providing you with the best performance gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
